FLOAT understands the dire need for emotional and mental support for crew members onboard a yacht. FLOAT’s well-being objective is to help clients to cope with the stressors of being onboard a yacht and being part of a crew. We understand the stressors that will naturally occur whilst working and living onboard a yacht, stressors that would not necessarily arise ashore. These onboard stressors - and together with one’s own personal struggles - have the potential to become very overwhelming, and unfortunately crew aren’t equipped with the support when they are a Float.
FLOAT is here to ensure that you and/or your crew’s mental & emotional well-being is supported and cared for. This will enable professional performance of duties as well as stamina to complete them. Our mission is to ensure that within these parameters, you will have gained the mental and emotional lifejacket to enable you to FLOAT.
